COEDU was founded in 2014 with the aim of recognising and enriching each individual’s potential in professional growth. Executive Consultant
Michal specialises in GDPR compliance, project management and internal audits for integrated management systems. He brings extensive experience from legal and system projects as well as process optimisation. As a Data Protection Officer (DPO) for multiple organisations, he ensures compliance with the GDPR. Michal also leads internal audits, is an AI enthusiast and explores innovative approaches to improve business processes.

Executive Consultant
Dean specialises in strategy design, hybrid project delivery, process simplification, problem-solving and building a culture of continuous improvement. Since 2011, he has worked internationally and implemented complex business solutions for clients in nine countries. He was also elected as co-chair of a European Commission expert group on indicators.
