The operator of the website https://www.coedu.eu is COEDU Consulting & Education, s.r.o., with registered seat Šancová 7961/11B, 811 05 Bratislava - mestská časť Staré Mesto, IČO 52834913, e-mail office@coedu.sk (hereinafter the “Operator”).

 

The data subjects are natural persons whose personal data are required to complete the contact form in order to request a quotation.

 

The Operator has not appointed a data protection officer pursuant to Article 37 GDPR and § 44 ZOOÚ. You may send your inquiries to: office@coedu.sk

 

The subject of processing is personal data consisting of: name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is found at Article 6 para. 1 letter f) GDPR and § 13 par. 1 letter f) ZOOÚ. The operator processes personal data necessary to exercise a legitimate interest, but not for more than 5 years.

 

The purpose of processing the personal data of the persons concerned is the elaboration of a price offer of a person interested in the operator's services and subsequent communication to specify the assignment and parameters of the offer. Another purpose of processing is possible: on the basis of the consent granted pursuant to Article 6 para. 1 letter a) GDPR and § 13 par. 1 letter a) ZOOÚ; in the performance of a contract concluded with the person concerned or the employer of the person concerned; in the performance of legal obligations, including the provision of personal data to public authorities and in the legitimate interest of the provider, in particular in asserting claims or defending against claims.
